Who we are

GS Photography is the photo and film business of Gurkirat Singh, based in Melbourne, Victoria. Contact: gsphotography54@gmail.com.

The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you add one, the kind of event, dates, venue, guest numbers and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to plan your shoot.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms (a form-to-email service) to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission on our behalf and does not use it for anything else. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy.

The form includes a hidden spam check. No account, login or payment details are ever requested.

WhatsApp, phone and Instagram

If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or call, those services handle your data under their own policies. We keep conversations only as long as we need them to work with you.

Meta Pixel and cookies

Our Instagram ads use the Meta Pixel to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry. The Pixel may set cookies and send Meta a record that you visited this site and that an enquiry was sent. It does not receive what you typed. You can limit this in your browser’s cookie settings or through Meta's ad preferences.

Apart from the Pixel, this site sets no tracking cookies. Your sound preference is kept only for the current browser session.

Photos on this site

Every photo and film here is Gurkirat’s own work, shown with the families' permission. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gsphotography54@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
